How does one stay informed about AL TAVOLO?

What are the benefits of creating an account?

When you register, you will be a member of AL TAVOLO. Creating an account will enable you to:

  • Track your online orders with ease.
  • Access your order history.
  • Manage your personal information including shipping and billing details.
  • Receive special offers from our online shop.

What happens if one forgets their password?

Should one forget their password, please click on MY ACCOUNT at the head of the site and select, “Lost your password?”. For security reasons, an automatic email will be sent to you including a link that will allow you to create a new password.

How does one manage their account?

We offer you the possibility to update and modify all the information of your account by clicking Account Details on the MY ACCOUNT page. To delete your account, please contact us via email at welcome@altavolo.com (Monday through Friday 9 am – 5 pm)

How long can one keep items in their cart?

We will preserve items placed in your shopping cart, as long as the cookies are not cleared or you place an order.

What security measures are put in place to ensure the security of one's personal information?

We have put very strict security measures in place on AL TAVOLO in order to guarantee the safety of your personal information. Thus, the AL TAVOLO’s website is encrypted with the use of an SSL certificate to protect personal and payment data. We purposely do not store any credit card information.

How to make a payment?

Payments are accepted via credit card. Accepted credit cards are; Visa and Mastercard.

Can one add to an existing order?

Unfortunately, once we have received your order it will be processed immediately therefore any additions will need to be sent to us as a new order.

What are our delivery lead time and shipping costs?

Our delivering courier is Canada Post. Delivery times are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 9am through 5pm, excluding holidays. Estimated time is calculated from the moment the shipping confirmation was sent.

Please note that deliveries can take longer in certain remote areas.

An e-mail will be sent confirming the exact delivery date. You can also check the status of your order by clicking on Order Status or simply logging into your account.

Unfortunately, at the present time we ship only within Canada and to the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska. (excluding Puerto Rico.)

What is AL TAVOLO’s refund policy?

All items are non refundable upon purchase. All merchandise is checked for quality assurance before packaging. Should any item(s) fail to arrive intact, they shall be replaced at no additional cost and shipped to you courtesy from us.
