Return and Replacement Policy

All items are non refundable upon purchase. All merchandise is checked for quality assurance before packaging. Should any item(s) fail to arrive intact, they shall be replaced at no additional cost and shipped to you courtesy from us.

FOR THIS REPLACEMENT POLICY TO BE APPLICABLE, THE CUSTOMER MUST ADVISE US WITHIN 24 HOURS UPON RECEIVING THEIR ORDER BY EMAIL TO WHICH MUST BE ATTACHED PICTURE(S) OF THE BROKEN ITEM(S).

In the neighborhood? Feel free to stop by Revive Decor at 15-E Avenue Cartier, Pointe Claire, Quebec H9S 4R5 with a copy of your invoice along with item(s) that require to be replaced on hand. Should we NOT have item(s) in stock, we will gladly order it/them for you for an easy pick up.

*Should item(s) be discontinued, item(s) will be replaced by an item(s) of equivalent value.

Not in a hurry? Simply e-mail us at welcome@altavolo.com with your Invoice #, Sku # of item(s) & picture(s) indicating what you need replaced. We will ship you your new item(s) in no time. Discard the original defective merchandise. There is no need to return item(s) back to us.
